青年未入行前，對職場往往抱有恐懼或「返工好苦悶」的刻板印象。經歷了兩天實操任務後，參加者都改觀並認同「工作是可以有趣味的」。有參加者在感言中寫道：「以為好苦悶，原來好好玩！」 透過在模擬環境中嘗試與犯錯，參加者者不但克服對職場的不確定感，還學會面對挫敗時「不否定自己、不指責別人」，建立起健康的職場心態。

在兩天的模擬任務中，學員需要處理預算計算、海報設計及 Proposal 撰寫等多項真實課題。面對時間緊迫與意見分歧時，學員學會了「冷靜分析問題、思考執行解決方案」。問卷回饋顯示，學員在「職場相處信心」上顯著提升，有學員分享：「工作上的默契和溝通直接影響流程速度，非常嚮往這兩日包容且上進的團隊氣氛。」 透過與組員及導師的即時交流，大家不僅掌握了電腦軟體與搜尋技巧，更修了一課寶貴的團隊溝通課。

兩天的訓練營圓滿落幕，留下的不只是問卷上冰冷的亮眼數據——過半數參加者在「工作任務自信心」及「職場相處信心」上大幅躍升，100% 學員改觀並認同工作可以有趣味；更寶貴的是學員們親手寫下的滿滿感謝。學員在感謝卡上記錄下最真實的 Impact：「這兩天訓練係好機會同 SEN 青年一齊返工，識得包容！」、「今日非常特別，可實際操作及思考不同組別的工作內容」，以及「感謝 Future Education 提供豐富素材同教學，讓會員沉浸式體驗到工作責任同獨當一面！」。這份由心而發的認同與成長，正是此計劃最珍貴的成果。

The successful conclusion of our two- day intensive work experience training day yielded far more impressive quantatative metrics. Post-programs evaluation revealed substantial leaps in self-efficacy, with ove half of the participants demonstrating significant gains in task execution confidence and workplace interpersonal relations, while 100% of participants redefined their perspective affirming that work can be both dynamic and engaging. "Empowerment is not just about teaching skills, it is about providing the space for youth to discover their own potential."
